Untitled is a project created by Tiago Rodrigues and Zoé Nguyen which arose from the need of establishing a visual language that would ensure continuity to their musical project RAP/ RAP/ RAP. According to their aesthetic sense, mostly influenced by the internet, the project ended up having great success on the www and slowly had become independent. By trying to implement digital compositions into something that people could use, their works are always previously thought to be exhibited in an art gallery, completely apart from the conceptual and aesthetic choice of our time, the internet. Their visual compositions are absolutely related with the present moment we live in, regarding aspects like technology and icons of our generation. What I love most about Untitled, it’s their strong and simple sarcastic/ ironic ability to interpret things from our everyday life and still, ending up creating something truly conceptual, cohesive and primarily visual.
